**Reminder: Masses and Confessions are intended for Holy Trinity parishioners only at this time. Sign-up in advance is required for Masses and Confessions and all must attend the Mass for which you sign up.**
**Please make an effort to cancel your reservation if you are unable to attend - we want to fill the church completely for every Mass. You can do this by going to the confirmation email of your sign-up, clicking "Edit My Sign Up" and then clicking "Delete" on the sign up tab that opens.

Please read all the information and instructions at the top of the sign up to fully understand all protocols and procedures for attending Mass at Holy Trinity during these special circumstances. Links for weekend Masses and confessions will be posted on the Monday prior.
We ask you to be patient as we establish this new system, and further ask that you be understanding as we try to make the Mass available to all who wish to attend under these limitations. Initially, please recognize that many people will want to participate in Masses and confessions. Be charitable when recognizing that reality, and allow others to avail themselves of the Sacraments before returning yourself.
We also will continue to recommend - in alignment with the Diocese of Joliet and health officials - that those individuals who are considered "vulnerable" (over the age of 60 and/or underlying medical condition such as diabetes; lung disease; undergoing cancer treatment, etc.) should continue to stay at home until more information is obtained about the safety of that population going out into public spaces, such as our church. The dispensation from Sunday Masses will remain in effect for all Catholics in the Diocese of Joliet, even during the resumption of these public Masses.
Please do not come to Mass or Confession if you are sick or know you have been exposed to someone who is sick. Check your temperature one hour prior to coming to church and stay home if it is over 100 degrees.
All Mass attendees will be required to:

We will need volunteers to assist with various aspects of our parish reopening plan. All parishioners between the ages of 16 and 60 who are healthy with no underlying health conditions are called upon to volunteer. This includes high school students, college students, as well as young adults are encouraged to serve and volunteer for teams.
If you are part of the “vulnerable population” (i.e. over 60 or have an underlying medical condition such as diabetes, lung disease, undergoing cancer treatment, etc.) we ask that your support our efforts with prayer.
The Reopening Leadership Team will provide training and guidelines to all volunteers. There are three teams for which you can volunteer:
1) Set Up Team: Prepare church and vestibule with proper stock of necessary materials and maintain a safe environment in the church building. Tasks may include removing bulletins/hymnals from church, ensuring open doors and touchless movement, stocking hand sanitizer, etc.
2) Greeting Team: Assist in managing the flow of congregants as they enter the Church or Chapel, making sure attendees use hand sanitizer upon entering, are wearing a mask, and are reminded not to enter if ill; directing people to appropriate seating/waiting areas, etc.
3) Cleaning Team: Maintain and clean essential and trafficked areas of the Church or Chapel before and after the church has been used. Masks and gloves will be provided if you do not have your own, in addition to approved cleaning/disinfecting supplies.
Please email the parish at htparish@comcast.net to volunteer and list your preference of team (if any.) All volunteers will be required to participate in training and will be divided up into the three teams for scheduling. Maintaining sufficient volunteers is critical to the reopening of our church. Prayerfully consider stepping up if you are able - we need all hands on deck to reopen our church!
